Shipping

We utilize standard shipping methods such as UPS Ground. Special carriers or handling requests result in additional charges for customers. You are responsible for addressing accuracy, including room numbers, to prevent address-related charges. Expedited shipping services are available for orders placed before 1PM EST Monday through Friday. We are not liable for delivery errors once confirmed by the carrier. For orders weighing 100 pounds or more, common carriers are used and you are responsible for unloading.

International, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories Shipments

International shipments, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are subject to varied rates.
